Lieutenant Rork was a Human who served as the academic liaison aboard the USS Athena during the late 32nd century. Her duty was to assess the educational value of the ship's activities and potentially incorporate them into the Starfleet Academy curriculum.

In 3195, Rork was on the bridge for the Athena's maiden voyage to Earth. En route, the ship detected an unusual spatial anomaly near the Badlands, which she thought would make for an excellent practical study module for the spatial harmonics lab. However, the anomaly turned out to be a trap set by Nus Braka of the Venari Ral. (SA: "Kids These Days")
