Cursa, also known as Beta Eridani or 67 Eridani, was a star system in the Beta Quadrant.

Stellar system
This was a single star system. The primary Cursa (the proper name for Beta Eridani) was an A-type giant.
Stellar cartography
The Cursa system was visible from Earth in the constellation Eridanus. This system was approximately 90 light years from Sol.
In 2256, its location was labeled on the star chart "Alpha/Beta Quadrant Overview" in the ready room aboard the USS Discovery. (DIS: "Magic to Make the Sanest Man Go Mad")
A year later, its location was labeled on the star chart showing the trajectory of Lieutenant Spock's shuttle. (DIS: "An Obol for Charon")
In 2258, its location was labeled on a star chart seen on the main viewscreen of the USS Enterprise. (DIS: "Such Sweet Sorrow, Part 2")
In 3196, during the Omega-47 crisis, the location of Gacrux (Gamma Crucis) was depicted on star charts and readouts used across several locations on the USS Athena to locate, monitor, and respond to the Omega-47 mines laid by the Venari Ral.
