ENT Season 4

Did Enterprise NX-01 undergo a refit/retrofit just after the start of ENT Season 4? Not only is the ship shown in drydock in "Home" and "Borderland", but the script of "Borderland" refers to the vessel's bridge as "refitted" and describes the entire ship as "newly-refurbished".
