The Ocampa system was an inhabited planetary system in the Delta Quadrant. Situated near the Caretaker's array, this system was located approximately fifty thousand light years from the galactic core and seventy-five thousand light years from the Badlands in the Alpha Quadrant

Stellar system

This was a single star system, with a G-type primary named Ocampa.

Planetary system

This system caontained at least five planets. In the habitable zone of this system, there was the inhabited world known as Ocampa, which was the homeworld of the Ocampa species.

History

In 2371, the USS Voyager visited this system. (VOY: "Caretaker")

In 2378, the area of space in which this system was located was shown on a computer panel in astrometrics on the Voyager. (VOY: "Endgame" display graphic [1])

In 3189, the location of this system was denoted on a holographic star chart of the Milky Way Galaxy at Federation Headquarters. (DIS: "Die Trying")

The waste zone where Voyager first encountered Neelix might also have been in the system, as Janeway asked Neelix about "the fifth planet", without specifying any system.
According to Star Trek: Star Charts (pp. 13 & 82) and Stellar Cartography: The Starfleet Reference Library ("Federation Historical Highlights, 2161-2385"), this system was located near the Vaadwaur subspace corridors. Voyager was at this system on stardate 48317.
