Eminiar was an inhabited planetary system in stellar cluster NGC 321. This system was located within an unnamed minor quadrant of the Alpha Quadrant.

This system contained at least seven planets, including the inhabited world Eminiar VII, and its independent colony, Vendikar (aka Eminiar III).

Stellar cartography

In 2259, the location of this system was labeled on a stellar cartography chart seen on the USS Enterprise's ready room viewscreen. The system's symbol had a blue color, indicating its affiliation with the Federation. (SNW: "Children of the Comet")

In 2260, the location of "Eminiar (in FGC-321)" was labeled on a star chart denoting the spread of a quantum uncertainty field across the region. It was outside of the area effect of the phenomena. It was marked as a Federation system. (SNW: "Subspace Rhapsody")

In 2261, the location of "Eminiar (in FGC-321)" was depicted on a star chart used by the crew of the USS Enterprise to highlight the location of Vadia. It was labeled as a Federation system. (SNW: "Through the Lens of Time")

In 2293, the location of Eminiar in the Milky Way Galaxy was labeled in a star chart that was in Captain James T. Kirk's quarters aboard the USS Enterprise-A. (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, okudagram)

On stardate 1292.4, the location of this system was labeled on a star chart used during a Section 31 Alpha Team briefing. (Star Trek: Section 31)

In 2367, the location of Eminiar was labeled on a tactical situation monitor in Captain Benjamin Maxwell's ready room on the USS Phoenix. (TNG: "The Wounded", okudagram)

In 2366, in an alternate timeline, during the Federation-Klingon War, Eminiar's position was labeled on a tactical situation monitor on the bridge and in the ready room of the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "Yesterday's Enterprise", okudagram)
