In the 33rd century, Admiral Michael Burnham remarked that she thought Captain Leto would be "halfway to Crepuscula by now" when he arrived on Sanctuary Four to take the Admiral back to Starfleet Headquarters. (DIS: "Life, Itself")

Stellar cartography

In 2259, Crepuscula's position was seen on a stellar cartography chart seen on the USS Enterprise's ready room viewscreen. The location's symbol had a blue color, indicating that it was affiliated with the Federation. (SNW: "A Quality of Mercy")
