Yalasat was a wine enjoyed by Zobral's clan. It was made from a cactus which grew in the northern foothills on Toroth.

Captain Jonathan Archer and Commander Tucker were served this wine when visiting Zobral's encampment on his planet in 2152. Archer accepted a second serving. (ENT: "Desert Crossing")
