Paul Willson (born 25 December 1945; age 80) is the actor who played Loquar in the Star Trek: Voyager seventh season episode "The Void".
He is probably most famous for the recurring minor character of Paul Krapence in Cheers also starring Kelsey Grammer, Kirstie Alley, and Bebe Neuwirth. He also reprised the role in Frasier (2002, with Raye Birk).
He also appeared in The X-Files (1999, with Brian Thompson and Kortney Manns) and Office Space (1999, with Stephen Root, Gary Cole, Diedrich Bader, and Richard Riehle).
