Pages may be protected at one of three levels: unprotected (all emailconfirmed users can edit), semi-protected (only autoconfirmed users can edit), and fully protected (only administrators and content moderators can edit). Closed requests may be moved to the relevant talk page. When archiving requests, make sure to change their heading to "Protection request (DATE)", where DATE is the date the request was initiated, in day-month-year format (e.g., 5 June 2026).
