History

This system was first identified by Federation starships in 2309.

In 2369, the IKS Maht-H'a and the USS Enterprise-D visited this system. The Klingon vessel extinguished all life on Indri VIII; the Enterprise did not arrive soon enough to prevent it. (TNG: "The Chase")

Stellar Cartography

In 2369, Professor Galen pointed out the location of Indri on a star chart of the Milky Way Galaxy. (TNG: "The Chase")
