Hate, or hatred, was a negative emotion considered to be the opposite of love. This emotion was triggered by a persistent feeling of being threatened, disgust, anger, or irritation towards the hostility. It will be even more intense and deeper than anger, with it becoming in some cases a revengeful grudge. The cause of the hate will become deep-rooted and will last a while. An individual filled up with hate impulses will develop even more intense emotions such as revenge and strong disgust.
