Madame G was a female Orion who owned a nightclub called Slit Throat on Orion during the late 24th century. She was a former high school friend of D'Vana Tendi.

In 2381, Tendi took Beckett Mariner and T'Lyn to Slit Throat in search of information about the kidnapping of her sister D'Erika. Madame G greeted Tendi with a thrown dagger and asked if she had come for "payback", which Tendi denied. G forced Tendi to play a "murder-bug drinking game" with her before she was willing to divulge that Nya'al, D'Erika's former boyfriend, was still in love with her. Tendi finished the game by saving G from the murder-bug when she choked on her shot. Afterwards, she suggested the pair catch brunch while Tendi was still on Orion, which the other female seemed to agree to, but then rejected in private. (LD: "Something Borrowed, Something Green")
