I found this quite by accident via Twitter. [1](X) This oughta be a page here, too, like Bridge background chatter. --LauraCC (talk) 16:11, 8 November 2023 (UTC)

It's great to have pages like that. But consider how they're going to be linked. The page you mention is an orphan. How are people going to ever find it? What's the use of it? -- Sulfur (talk) 22:42, 8 November 2023 (UTC)

The labels page could be part of "Category:In-jokes"; the chatter page ought to be linked to the pages cited on it, which would have a note "This is the __th out of __ TOS episodes to make use of pre-recorded [[Bridge background chatter#Episode name|background chatter]]". --LauraCC (talk) 22:47, 8 November 2023 (UTC)

Why do we need to constantly refer to "_th out of _" episodes? Why not just say "this episode makese use of"? -- Sulfur (talk) 03:30, 9 November 2023 (UTC)

Agreed. I suppose it's useful when you're trying to make a point about the number (like an anniversary, or a record, or something), but it isn't needed everywhere. A note on the page itself stating how many episodes total used any bg chatter would suffice. --LauraCC (talk) 03:32, 9 November 2023 (UTC)

First use/reference of some (many?) things is often of interest to people. The seventeenth (or whatever) use... not so much. -- Renegade54 (talk) 14:13, 10 November 2023 (UTC)
