I've used Memory Alpha to compile a list of all episodes and films in release order.

I made two versions, one that includes the web series (Fables and Folklore, very Short Treks, and Scouts) and one that doesn't. I think it might be useful having a list such as this somewhere on MA itself, just so people can keep track of it all. NutritiousMelon (talk) 20:28, 13 May 2026 (UTC)

That must have been a lot of effort! Kudos!
We already have Portal:TV and films (though maybe it could be easier to find) for that top-level view of shows overall.
I could see value in a list that breaks it down by season (+ films) so that somebody knows, for example, to watch SNW Season 2 before LD Season 4. Back in the day when it was just "TOS > TNG > DS9 & VOY > ENT" nobody needed a wiki to explain it to them. But nowadays there's enough shows overlapping each other that it's tricky to keep track. We could call it maybe list of seasons or seasons by premiere order.
A list of episodes covering every single episode seems less useful to me? It's too overwhelming to give a big-picture view, and it wouldn't provide any new information that you couldn't get by just looking at the season pages. The main use case I see is for people doing watchalongs in release order... but that's already doable using the "released in all" arrow links in the episode sidebars. Maybe for people with that collect-'em-all urge, having those "I've watched this" checkboxes in a single massive table would be more satisfying than the individual season tables? I don't know.
If we do decide to make this page, we would definitely want to automate it to make it easier to maintain. —Atosen (talk) 02:10, 14 May 2026 (UTC)
