The First House of Betazed was a prominent family on Betazed. In the 32nd century, its members included President Emerin Sadal and his children, Ocam and Tarima.

Traditionally, the first daughter of the First House was ritually bestowed a gemstone, representing the sacred eye of Naxia, when she reached Moonflow and became Guardian of the Holy Mantle of Betazed. The gem was worn on her front tooth. (SA: "Beta Test")
