Azha, also known as Eta Eridani, was a star system in the Beta Quadrant.

This was a single star system. The primary Azha (the proper name for Eta Eridani) was a K-type red giant.

Stellar cartography

The Azha system was visible from Earth in the constellation Eridanus. This system was approximately 137 light years from Sol.

In 2256, its location was labeled on the star chart "Alpha/Beta Quadrant Overview" in the ready room aboard the USS Discovery. (DIS: "Magic to Make the Sanest Man Go Mad")

In 3195, this system's position was labeled on a Federation star chart which was displayed on the USS Athena bridge. (SA: "Come, Let's Away")
