Picard experiencing a 1202 alarm

A 1202 alarm, or vector accumulator area exhaustion, was one of the alarms on Shango X-1.

When training in a flight simulator in 2024, a 1202 alarm during a collision risk with orbital debris was one of the scenarios Renée Picard struggled with just a few days before launch. (PIC: "Fly Me to the Moon")

This is a reference to the 1202 alarm experienced by Apollo 11 during final descent to Luna, which almost forced them to abort the moon landing. On Apollo, a 1202 alarm related to the guidance computer running out of memory. [1]
